By using Zemam, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and written to be understood, not skipped.
Zemam is an organizational and administrative tool: it records your clinics, visits, services, receivables, and tasks.
Zemam is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations, and does not participate in any clinical decision. Every medical decision is your sole responsibility.
The service is for practicing physicians and staff working under their supervision. You must be at least eighteen years old to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the professional information you provide.
You decide what information is entered about your patients, and you are responsible for obtaining their consent and complying with your professional rules and the laws of your country when keeping their data.
Do not enter data your work does not require, and do not upload files you do not have the right to store.
You must not:
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime: temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Keep a separate copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Zemam displays and calculates what you enter; the accuracy of the figures depends on the accuracy of your entries. We are not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate data you entered, decisions you made relying on the service, or temporary service interruptions.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these terms or endangers the service or its users, notifying you of the reason whenever possible.
We may update these terms. We will notify you inside the app before material changes take effect, and continuing to use the service afterward means you accept them.
