Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete your Zemam account and all associated data. The fastest method is from inside the app; this page is for anyone who lost access to their account or removed the app from their device.

From Inside the App (Fastest)

Open Zemam, go to Profile, tap “Delete Account” at the bottom, and enter your password to confirm.

Without the App

Message us on WhatsApp from the phone number registered to your account — we use that number to verify that you own the account — and say that you want your Zemam account deleted:

We will process your request within a reasonable period and confirm via message.

What Happens Next

Your account is suspended immediately so no one can access it, then the account and its data are permanently deleted after 14 days. You can cancel during this period by logging in and tapping “Cancel Deletion”. Once the period ends, no data can be recovered.

What Is Deleted

Your account details: name, phone number, email, profile photo, and password.
Your patients and their photos and files, plus visits, services, receivables, and payment receipts.
Clinics, schedules, tasks, notifications, support tickets, and subscriptions.

What Remains and Why

An anonymized statistical record with no identifier — usage duration and counts only.
Crash and usage logs, once they are no longer linked to you in any way.
Any financial records the law may require us to keep — and nothing beyond that.
Copies in backups for a limited period, until they expire in the normal backup rotation.
